CENTRAL COAST SERIES #3 - FT. ORD - MONTEREY

Justin Robinson(Cal. Giant/Specialized) finds his form & is back on top at CCCX #3, claiming two wins on the day- Elite Men and Master 35+ "A" divisions.

While Karen Brems(Team Rambuski Law) hopped, skipped, and jumped away from the rest of the Elite Women's filed to win by 30 seconds when the dust settled.

 Kelly Chang(Missing Link-3rd Rail) high steps the Plus 3 log obstacles during the Women's Elite race.

Tim Thompson(Team Rambuski Law) pedaled his way onto the Master 35+ "A" division podium.

 The technical course in Ft. Ord made for very tight racing in all groups.  Riders from all over Nor/Cal displayed their skills.  San Francisco area riders featured very prominently in the results.  Bay Area riders- Kevin Smallman(InCycle/Cannondale), Cameron Falconer(Hunter/Frewheel), Rainier Schaefer(Freewheel), Basil Moutsopoulos(HUP United), Uri Friedman(Chica Sexy), Spence Peterson(Above Category Racing), Matt Young(SYCIP), Ted Burns(BellLap Racing), George Smith(Webcor/Alto Velo), Peter Dolan(SF2G), Joel Sellman(Birchwood Cafe), Brasd Aherns(Team Leadout), Dillon Charlton, Kathleen Hannon(Hunter/Freewheel), Theresa Zaro(Stover Seed), Kathleen Boyle(Team Roaring Mouse), all made podium appearances on the day!

 Ben Jacques-Maynes(Bissell Pro Cycling Team) cheered on his wife, team Ciclista Bonita rider Goldi Jacques-Maynes, then took to course himself and snatched second place in the Men's Elite race.

 Oakdale was represented on the podium, with Monica Harris(FUNSPORT Bikes Cycling Team) claiming the win the the Cat.4 Women's division.  Harris also was the race winner in that division at CCCX #1.

 Riders of all ages were showing their Cross moves, here Junior sensation Spencer Chaney(Team Roaring Mouse) flies over the boards full throttle.

While Junior Road Race sensation Eamon Lucas was flying over the boards in a different manner.
